If that's the Co-Op on Berwick St, it's a pretty good place for stocking up on provisions; water, milk, snacks, etc, especially if you're staying from out of town. (As an aside, I was going to mention the cool movie shop round the corner from there on Brewer St, but was surprised to see it's now closed down, sadly.) A good place nobody's mentioned yet is the Jamaican Grillhouse on Wardour Street, decent Caribbean food, and about £10 a head. One good suggestion for vegetarians is the pure vegetarian restaurant on Soho Square, they even do nice desserts.
