I got "Payment has timed out, please try again" three times and then the site kicked me out 5 minutes before the countdown was supposed to end. Happy days!

So... I never got past the time out warning, but I've got email confirmation of purchase. Hopefully that's all OK... The 'My Account' screen seems to confirm it.

Whoa, yes, me too. With no confirmation on screen. Thanks jonbly, without you I would have bought another couple of passes...

My payment timed out 2 twice on the screen and then lost the page going to confirmation.

All printed and confirmed now.

Hope it all works out for everyone else.

Though the worry wasn't my ticket but the others I buy, having to check multiple other emails for confirmation is a chore.

No idea whether I have tickets or not, blank screen after hitting the proceed button on the payment page with my card details. Horrific experience.

Absolutely heartbroken. No idea whether I have a ticket, the page went white after I proceeded with the payment details (I assume not, I can't see it in my order history) and now I'm in a constant flux of the seat plan reloading every time I try to select a seat. After the painless process last year I thought I'd save money booking my hotel at the non-refundable rate. Could not be more disappointed.

I just get sent to select seats over and over.

Mine kept timing out whilst processing the payment, but I kept going (all the while watching the timer in the corner counting down to around 2 mins left!). Eventually I got a blank screen, but the web page tab said 'successful' (everything else was blank). Held my breath for a bit until the email arrived.

Most stressful thing I've dealt with in ages....

It's a shame Nutickets haven't got a really reliable system for this yet. If it can't take the strain of the FrightFest rush then I'd say it's defo not fit for purpose and perhaps the organisers should try another ticketing service?

No blame on the organisers, I know they have this experience most years. I've screeenshots of all the failed attempts if the organisers want them to feed back to Nutickets?

My advise is: if you're at the payment screen and after inserting your card details it takes you straight back to seat selection, check your email.

It doesn't show any confirmation screen, even if payment is successful.

If it wasn't for reading jonbly's message above, I would probably have 6/8 passes by now...
