7/10 - A strong performance by Frankie Muniz but a let-down ending.

A nightmarish unravelling of the protagonist's life that likes to keep you guessing
Spoiler:
right up to the closing credits.
Very nicely played without going into OTT territory, but it perhaps could have been a bit creepier. 7.5 / 10
No tears, please. It's a waste of good suffering.

I thought Muniz's performance was far too twitchy and agressive and that there was far too little ambiguity in the script: lots of things don't make sense unless you accept that Muniz's character is crazy and imagining things, so that when the film attempts to turn round and say "it was all real", it felt insulting.

I actually felt it was ambiguous enough but found it hard to care in general. Good strong cast performances though.
