Some great points been made.

Um, Heckling.
It's not big or clever, keep it to a minimum. We don't want another 'uwe boll incident'. Kidding.

Er yeah, be good to each other, shine on your brother and try to love one another right now. (pump up the volume rules!)

Oh, and nothing says 'hello' like a nice pint of red stripe or snake-bite at the phoenix. Bear that in mind!

eating food is good before a movie its means that huge a mounts of blood will be needed to transport all those goodies round the body, making folks very tired, just ready for a snooze add alcohol then its typical sunday afternoon snooze time :D

I don't think it's been mentioned yet - BE ON TIME! Coming in, and having to clamber through to the middle of a row, ten minutes into the movie, is not on!

You *cannot* beat the coffee from the coffee shop on the corner, near the burger king. I know this, as I visit at least twice a week (if not daily!) There's a fantastic little place a little further up the road, for those that don't like their coffee quite so strong (and they do a quality hot chocolate!)

Another thing I forgot to mention... don't be surprised if the line up changes, right up until the very last moment. Unfortunately things do happen with distributors, prints, changing release dates, other festivals etc. outside of the FF boys' control which can sometimes means that a film has to be dropped, so be prepared. The good news is, there's always a back up plan! In the last few years we've had Teeth (replacing P2), The Ghost Of Mae Nak (replacing Re-cycle) and Red Eye (replacing Boo!).

With regards to checking the forum for meet-ups etc, that reminds me - and I hope Rob doesn't mind me mentioning - that we've having a pre-FrightFest gathering at The Phoenix Artist Club (off Charing Cross Road) on Friday 15th August from 6.30pm onwards to celebrate our joint birthdays - all FrightFesters are welcome!
First things first, stay calm.

I may well gatecrash then, if that's ok! Might as well get hello's out of the way before the big day. :)

Fruit? Fruit? Five days of burgers and icecream (plus maybe a jaunt to a Bavarian Resteraunt if there's time).

The idea of a Bavarian restaurant intrigues me a lot!

In Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire, they have a fantastic Mongolian Barbeque restaurant which I would recommend to anyone who loves food*.

That sounds fantastic Jamie.
I know I'm not really geographically correct here, but all I can imagine is Ronnie Barker, dressed in bear-skins as your waiter :D

2 things missed out from that fantastic list:

- If you suffer from violent attacks of gas forewarn those around you and carry an air freshner in your pants.

- After each movie be aware of smokers sitting near you. They tend to develop a twitching crazed look after 2 hours. Get out of their way as fast as possible, letting them get to the exits as fast as possible. Thanks :D

Hi all. I have a cushion related question. Being my first FF i just wondered if we have to carry our cushions there on a daily basis and away each evening or are we able to leave it in our seats for the duration of the festival? Also i'm after a really cool cushion, any sugestions on where to shop?
