when im browsing the ST music blogs all manner of musical goodies can be found?
On my region 1 hostel 2 DVD it has the soundtrack in digital form to copy to my media player, dont particularly like the ST very much nor the film
the ST music blogs are a veritable yellow brick road of audio sources heres a good one

I know it's aaages ago, but I was at one of these (and the one this year with Adrian Crowley and HMS Ginafore) and they were all super.Team Banzai wrote:james yorkston (esp track 2 steady as she goes) bit folky but i LOVE him and lookin forward to the 1 off xmas london show - anyone going, prob not..
If you didn't see Adrian Crowley (and I didn't see you at that one) you should check out "Long Distance Swimmer").
Next weekend I am off to the Fence Collective's home game festival (sort of a Fright Fest weekend for what they lump together as "folk" these days) so probably get some Yorkston among the mix.
Oh and I am taking a selection of horror DVDs for the between music entertainment ... "Hatchet" and "The Rise of Leslie Vernon" I think.

don't really listen to music when I'm on the computer but in the car and during chores around the house I've pleased my ears with the following stuff:
sunny days:
The Copyrights - learn the hard way (super catchy pop punk, been playing it pretty much daily the last 4 or 5 weeks)
Ramones - anthology
Screeching weasel - how to make enemies and irritate people (probably my favourite band ever)
Leatherface - dog disco
operation ivy - energy - hectic
crappy days:
dehumanized - prophesies foretold
obituary - cause of death
whiplash - random tracks
it's all gone to hell - war journal
tragedy - nerve damage
and then some country and dub stuff to top it of

You can't do nothing right, Cooper! You stupid sonofabitch! You should have been destroyed at birth! That's what I get for teaming up with a hippie!
