No reviewing the film.

But that camera was class, eh?

The character build up was working perfectly but then became ruined with the obvious amount of Blair Witch style scares and visuals. Sad really.

it felt like a triumph of sound design over script. if in doubt make it really loud, that'll scare them.

did they use the blair witch script by accident? we'll never know. i think you know your in trouble when people are giggling at the end of your 'horror' film. pity really cos the rest of monday was great.

its poster was even the same

I'm going to buck the trend and say I quite liked this one.

The characters were irritating but I thought the tensions between them were set up rather well, so you couldn't be sure if one of the two guys was responsible or if there were "other forces" at work. It spooked me.

But hey, I liked Blair Witch too (not Blair Witch 2....) and loads of people hated that.

What a turd of a movie. When the director said that there was no script, no rehearsals or anything I said: Yeah, would have helped if you hadn't skipped on this. Also the plot holes in this were huge enough to fly a 777 through them.

Rather enjoyed this one.

Great setting in the middle moore in a tent. Familiar premise to Blair Witch.

Thought it had great building tension. Really liked the sudden shaking of the tent and the mysterious person who was carrying the camera following the woman.

Shame all three characters turned out be unpleasant. so did not really root for anybody.

Gosh, some harsh comments on this one. These films always shit me up when done properly. I am constantly just waiting for something to come out of the dark!

I also liked blair witch and thought this one was just as well done, with a slightly more interesting back story to the characters.
Thanks for the ride, sir.
You have lovely sheep.

Not sure if we're allowed to review this yet, but I'd give it 7.5 / 10
No tears, please. It's a waste of good suffering.

I didn't see the film - I was in the Disco Screen at the time - but why isn't anyone allowed to review it? I asked Ian before the start of the fest if there were any rules about reviewing or blogging and he said no, once the film had been screened. Was something said for this specific film?

I really enjoyed it and it's not often I can giggle at Maxmum for Jumping, so the film did the job! :)

Just doing my ratings, getting ready to review the weekend (excluding this one) but it goes to show I REALLY enjoyed the weekend :P
