I like the sound of among the living as well. Also think starry eyes looks good.
What about something like "The Bezerk death dealer" or Ryan Nicholsons new one "Collar" or something from Necrostorm for the midnight movie slots. It would make a change from the crazy Japanese movies that haven't been as good the last few years. (Dead sushi anyone).

I know this is a lazy comment but would be nice if there were one or two of the restored films, like hammer and wake in fright etc. of previous couple of years in main screen. i know this is something that has been done before but there have been a couple of moments in the past two years after seeing certain films that i wished i was watching something old and solid. last year they played the trailer for the full version of the wicker man and i was thinking, 'i wish i was watching this now.' just an idea.

Considering its crowdfunder started at $100K target, then dropped to $25K and barely achieved 50% of that, I doubt we'll be seeing it any time soon.morralex wrote:...and this: http://www.fearnet.com/news/news-articl ... ology-book

be well up for starry eyes, open windows, espectro, stage fright and the babadook.
others not so sure about. deliver us from evil looks rubbish and so generic and i cant be bothered to watch trailer. and others don't look too great.
guess dead snow 2 and zombeavers could be fun but would rather have good films than good trash films..
Also Phantasm V looks suitably bonkers
I'm guessing we will get green inferno too.

If you show Killers in one of the other screens for those who missed it when it was on at Glasgow. If it hasn't been released by then.
And of course babadook

Latest from JOE DANTE, premiering at Cannes so you know the boys will see it. Could be a great headline attraction alongside a TOTAL FILM ICON Interview with the man himself. I know I could listen to Pirahna/Gremlins/Burbs/Howling stories 'til the cows come home.

I see that Horns has a UK release in October, so would tie in with FF. But I find it hard to take Potter seriously in any other film.
Beautiful People looks good.
It's not really FF related at all, but the director of Rare Exports has a new action-ish film that has been completed: Big Game. Samuel L Jackon's US Presidenty is hunted down after Airforce 1 is shot down over Lapland: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2088003/?ref_=nv_sr_1.

Wouldn't mind seeing Franck Khalfoun's Amityville after what he did with Maniac but I think that's still in the casting stages?

Yeah, they've only just started filming and it's out next January.
