Cheers. Can we use the code straight away, or sometime nearer the festival?

Will the seating plans be optimised for mobile devices with the new ordering system? My iPad doesn't always load seating plans on Ticketmaster (although the Vue site works ok). Thanks.

Discovery screen tickets will become available a few days before the festival on a date still be be worked, but the idea would be that fans will arrive with discovery screen tickets printed out.

Hi

All sounds very well thought out and organised, last year one of the biggest bugbears was the discovery screen ticketing queues. Well done on seeking out a solution.

Wether a queue goes ahead or not I don't envy you trying to sort this out into something that works for a one off event.

The main reason I Sleepy-Q is to get an aisle seat. Although i'm not registered disabled, there is no way I can do five days in any thing other than an aisle seat due to cramping, being a tall chap. If it does go online only which seems to be what is being said, will there be a way of knowing what tickets are left in the online que?

Thanks iomega and everyone else involved in organising this - I really like the sound of the new ticketing system, it sounds a lot more streamlined so that FrightFest will be about enjoying the experience instead of hassle around queuing on the day for Discovery tickets etc

Looking forward to it, and once again its very much appreciated.

Whatever you decide, please remember those of us who come from overseas.
The sleepy queue sounds like fun, but it's not an option if you are 2k miles away from London.

I have attended regularly for 10 years and last year I panicked that I would not be able to get a festival pass despite spending much time and money on the Vue phone line.

Don't worry the process will be super easy for you and everyone this year.

Although our single tickets will be available from the Vue website, over the phone and from the cinema, festival and day passes won't. The will only be available at the sleepy queue, if we go ahead with this, or online.

Will the online booking system allow for buying a ticket for a disabled person along with a concessionary carer ticket under the CEA scheme?

So long as I can get an aisle seat, I'm happy. But I'll miss the Q so much if it's not there. It's part of the event, it's a tradition and I'll be inordinately sorry to see it go.
