Bought too many tickets! Is a refund possible?

Hi, due to payment issues I've accidentally bought two weekend passes instead of one. Can anyone advise how I can cancel the first order? Its for seat H10. Really can't afford to pay for an unused pass! Thanks

They don't refund but if you start a new topic of ticket for sale and post what you have for sale, you may have a good chance of selling it as there are usually a few people looking for tickets.
If you do get a seller, then get payment by paypal; then contact the Frightfest team and they will let you know who to contact at Nut tickets as the ticket would need to be reallocated to the buyer.
I did this last year and it was straightforward once I got a buyer.
