Where are you sitting?

Post by Commodore »

Morning all

Now seems like a good time to kick-off the annual “where are you sitting” threat. After yesterday’s ticketing challenges, what seat or seats did you end up with?

We will be down in A38, 41, 42 and 43.

I don't know how you can sit that close to the screen Chris. You'll get neck ache down there after 5 days!

We're halfway up in H49, 50 and 51 and J 50 and 51.

Just got to buy the obligatory big bag of Frightfest sweets now to keep my lot happy for another year!

Right at the back it would seem. Good. An always imposing thigh workout too.

You raise a good point. For those of us who have been going to FrightFest for a while (or from the beginning), we are not getting any younger. We should get a stairlift installed in that screen :D

Hi Eddie

I know what you mean, but it’s a necessary trade-off. It is too close to the screen, I would prefer being at the back, but the legroom is needed more than the stiff neck I end up with.

Got seats C56 - C59 this year.

Any change someone can post a seating plan here, just so I were I'm seating.

Had to change my options so many times.

Thanks

Thanks Duke

Still can't see the actual seat numbers, doesn't look like there are 59 seats in row C.

The search continues...

Right, I've managed to highlight C56 and then other rows that appear to go up to 62 for the stairs at the far side.

So that's three strangers to ask to move if you need to pee.

Go to the Empire page...

https://www.cineworld.co.uk/cinemas/lon ... quare/8110#

Select IMAX under "choose a screening"

Pretend to book a normal show (ie Spiderman)

...and you'll have the run of the seating plan. Clicking on a seat will tell you what the number is.

(and then close it down before you pay over £20 for one movie  )
