Vue management have clearly made a decision in advance not to sell festival passes over the phone - so why not put a message to that affect on the phone line before we queue? 10p a minute, that's why.

My first post since last year!
I've been trying the website since 12:00. Tempted to just go up to the Vue and buy a pass. It'll take me about 40 mins to get there, but what are the odds that the website will open 1 minute after I've left the house...

It will take me about 4 hours to get there - but will be a damn sight easier than using their website or call centre...

My BT Broadband was down all morning, and only came on again at about 11:30 - nerve-wracking! If it's not one thing it's the other! Another 10 mins, then I'll get on the tube.

Vue have now started selling day passes...
...you know - the ones that are far more expensive than the festival passes...

Are you serious they are not selling festival passes on the phone?
I have been on the line from overseas for 22 mins and I am still 16th on the queue.
If they don't sell me a pass I will murder someone !

Ugh. Now their website's really screwing up. I may have been charged twice. I might have two tickets. Or not. They don't know. I don't know.

Got exactly the same thing. I don't think it actually got as far as saving my seat though. I don't know where I stand now!
