1ST OCTOBER 2020 - ARROW VIDEO FRIGHTFEST ANNOUNCES OCTOBER 2020 DIGITAL EDITION

Arrow Video FrightFest will go virtual for the second time in 2020, having taken the decision to cancel its planned physical event at the Cineworld, Leicester Square, due to continuing COVID restrictions. The forty-five feature film line-up will merge the in-cinema selection with brand new titles to provide an online festival experience from Oct 21-Oct 25

23RD SEPTEMBER - ARROW VIDEO FRIGHTFEST CANCELS IN CINEMA EVENT
Arrow Video FrightFest will go virtual for the second time in 2020, having taken the difficult decision to cancel its planned physical event at the Cineworld, Leicester Square. due to continuing COVID restrictions making the event socially, practically and commercially untenable. The digital edition will run over the same days, from Oct 22-25 Oct, and will combine the in-cinema and proposed Halloween digital event into one online festival experience.   The line-up, which will include over forty films, will be announced on Thurs 1 Oct, with tickets going on sale the same day. As with the August online event, passes and individual tickets will be available.
21ST SEPTEMBER 2020 - ARROW VIDEO FRIGHTFEST TEMPORARILY PAUSES TICKET SALES

TToday the FrightFest directors have decided to pause tickets sales for the 22-25th October FrightFest event to monitor how any further potential COVID restrictions will impact an event such as ours.  We are particularly concerned about any potential 10 pm curfew and its impact on the programme as it is. 


28TH JULY 2020 - ARROW VIDEO FRIGHTFEST ANNOUNCES AUGUST DIGITAL EDITION LINE-UP

The UK’s most popular horror and fantasy film festival celebrates its 21st bloody year with a special Digital edition, showcasing twenty-five films, from Thurs 27th August to Mon 31st August, including seven world premieres and sixteen UK premieres.

24TH JUNE 2020 - ARROW VIDEO FRIGHTFEST GOES VIRTUAL

Arrow Video FrightFest will go virtual over the August Bank Holiday, presenting up to twenty-five films from Friday 28th August to Monday 31st August inclusive.

2ND JUNE 2020 - ARROW FRIGHTFEST POSTPONES 5-DAY AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY EVENT

Due to the continuing COVID-19 restrictions on social distancing, Arrow FrightFest’s traditional five-day event over the late  August Bank holiday weekend has been regretfully put on hold.

15TH JANUARY 2020 - ARROW VIDEO FRIGHTFEST ANNOUNCES GLASGOW FILM FESTIVAL 2020 LINE-UP

Thirteen is lucky for some as that’s the number of new films being presented at the iconic Glasgow Film Theatre, embracing the latest genre discoveries from around the globe, spanning four continents, including one world, two European and seven UK premieres.
