NEW FROM JOHN LANDIS – CAST CONFIRMED!

FrightGuest extraordinaire John Landis has now confirmed lead casting details for his forthcoming BURKE AND HARE project. Genre faves Simon Pegg and David Tennant are now due to play the titular duo in Landis first feature film since 1998’s SUSAN’S GAME. Shooting is scheduled to start in the UK very soon.

FIT TO BURST WITH NEIL MARSHALL!

With Neil putting the finishing touches to his CENTURION film which will be released early in the New Year it has now been confirmed that his next project will be for Sam Raimi’s Ghost House company with Lions Gate Films scheduled to release the film. This will be a 3-D release and here are some plot details..

Penned by Gary Dauberman, the flick follows a young woman running from her troubles finds herself stranded at a lodge with a group of strangers. One after another, they inexplicably begin to burst into pieces. Shock quickly descends into paranoia as nobody knows who to trust. And as the mystery unravels, the survivors realize that what's causing this unstoppable phenomenon is bigger and more disturbing than anyone could have ever imagined.

DAYBREAKERS NEW POSTER.

Very nice – although perhaps a shade mis-leading in its MATRIX style artwork. This is the new US one sheet poster for the Sperig brothers forthcoming DAYBREAKERS film.. Take a look here.

THE 11th HALLOWEEN SHORT FROM ADAM GREEN.

In what is now a traditional Halloween highlight here is the latest short produced by those fine folks at Adam Green’s Ariescope production company.

This years hilarious offering is an infomercial and features Paul Solet the director of the wonderful film GRACE.
