The Image horror comic book sensation THE WALKING DEAD is slowly lurching towards the small screen. AMC are producing the TV series, with Frank (SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION / THE MIST) Darabont at the helm. If told uncompromisingly and correctly this could be sensational.

TEEN WOLF BARKS BACK

In other TV related news we have the forthcoming MTV remake of TEEN WOLF. This now has Russell (HIGHLANDER / RAZORBACK) Mulcahy in the directors chair. Let’s see how this one turns out..

AWESOME LIMITED POSTER ALERT!

Not one – but two super limited posters have just been released by the folks at Mondo Tees. (www.mondotees.com). These feature recent genre film gems Ti West’s THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL in an edition of 100 signed and numbered copies by artists The Silent Giants, and Adam Green’s forthcoming FROZEN which is an edition of just 65 signed and numbered by the artist Kevin Tong.

UK MULTI PLATFORM FOR HEARTLESS

Lions Gate Films in the UK have announced that Philip Ridley’s HEARTLESS will be receiving a groundbreaking multi platform release in May. Following its May 21st theatrical debut, HEARTLESS will be available on DVD, Blu Ray, VOD, rental and download to own from May 24th.
