Monk Rosuke has gone missing. His lover, Nonoka, takes the assassin Shinno to a religious facility in search. There, they meet sorcerer Ajari. Rosuke is actually on a spaceship heading to the unknown planet Kelman where he meets a strange old man. A battle of sorcery between them all is about to begin. With director Toshiaki Toyoda’s camera control at a premium, and in what he’s threatening will be his last film, travel to the edges of the universe in a violent and surreal fantasy with a lot of returning themes and images that transcend anything you’ve ever seen before.
