I bloody love it! A must see for all scream queens and final girls out there who love reality TV and horror movies...

Only 2 episodes in and I'm already hooked! Plus Tim Sullivan is one of the mentors and judges (and despite his soapbox chat before 2001 Maniacs: FoS, which really annoyed me, he's actually pretty good in this!)

It's on VH1 on Tuesday nights, but it's also available on Youtube about a day later

The winner gets a role in Saw 3D (it was filmed late last year), I'm trying to find out who's won already, but they're sneaky and haven't credited the winner on the Saw 3D imdb page...

You should have seen last year and the girl who kept sticking her tongue out when she was supposed to be acting tough it something. It's the weirdest thing i've seen outside of Vampire Girl Vs Frankenstein Girl.

...or the girl on last year who managed to get halfway through the competition without changing expression! Classic!

The girls on the new season aren't quite as mental or memorable as in the first season, but i'm thinking they'll crank it up pretty soon and things will get even more interesting!

Might see if I can get hold of season 1 too!

That girl with the black hair this year is god damn awful... the one with a tutu on her head.

There are a small few with some talent though

No worries I have a confession - I spent all night watching Scream Queens; first off the new episode (were on ep. 3 now) which featured a surprise turn around from a certain Tutu wearing wannabe - she was actually rather good in the skills challenge! and then I just re-watched series 1 up until episode 7...

Oh dear, we might need to set up a group for counselling... :?

I am now completely hooked on this, and I hate reality TV (Rockstar Supernova being one of the few i've previously got sucked into). Honestly I recommend it, episode 3's maggot challenge was laugh out loud funny.

Why I love it:

1. The prize is terrible, a walk on part in a Saw movie. Not a glittering road to stardom and yet the contestants seem to think it is the zenith of acting success.
2. John Homa, the acting coach judge is psychotic (and boy does he hate pumpkins).
3. the Z-grade production values
4. it's a horror show showcasing acting in horror films, and yet the contestants leap 6 feet at the lames rubber hand in a box gag
5. Sierra, the sole constant who isn't a catty cow, for her wide eyed enthusiasm and puppy like desire to please the judges.

It's like fast food for the eyes, devoid of nourishment, but horribly moreish.

It’s a shame Shawnee Smith isn’t back for this season.

No, where abouts was that on? sounds brill! Next episode of SQ on tonight girlies - I found out they upload to Youtube an hour after the episode shows on VH1

I watched it on youtube last year. Bridget Marquardt was on it and wouldn't dye her hair black because "Elvira would be blonde if she looked this cute"
