The Arrow Video Ad

Reaction to this seems to have been really good, not surprising really as it was great.

It's online if you want to catch it again:

Anyone care to do a frame breakdown?

What is the film with the scary looking female puppet moving toward the screen? I saw this scene featured in one of the actual FF films this weekend too.

I thought it was in that, but saw so many movies that I couldn't be sure. Any idea what the film clip is, and if it's any good?

I know people have already confirmed, but it is definitely "Black Sabbath".
That's one of my all-time favourite scare scenes, and from the "Drop of Water" story in the anthology.
It's not a puppet (well, in the story anyway). It's the mummified corpse of an old lady, that returns to haunt a nurse that has stolen from her.
Scary as hell in the context of the film, and still a bit shivery on its own.

Black Sabbath is great and it looks fantastic on Blu-ray. It's an anthology film by the great Maria Bava. If you get to watch it, there are two versions on the disc. Make sure you'll watch the Italian rather than the English language cut, it's far superior.
