8/10 - French TV miniseries. Excellent locations. Might be improved by an edit to feature-length.

I was enjoying this immensely but lack of sleep got the better of me and I annoyingly missed most of the middle episode. It was very soothing to look at and listen to and I'm endlessly grateful that I rejoined the living in time for the last episode. Elegant, accomplished and deserves a decent audience but I agree that it could have been nimbler and maybe lost twenty minutes or so.

I really wanted to see this but it clashed with another one I wanted to see so interesting to read that it's getting good feedback - any news on a DVD release in the UK?
No tears, please. It's a waste of good suffering.

Apparently Shudder have got it, so hopefully if it's popular with people streaming there'll be some distribution. I'd like to see it again if for no reason other than to fill in the bit I missed - even the unexpectedly sentimental (but just the right side of mawkish) ending was a delight.

Cheers! I'll keep an eye out for it!

One of the best of the festival. Very atmospheric, with great sets. The last episode was emotional. Great to see it on a big screen.

Does anyone know what the song was that featured in the title sequence?

Was this commissioned by and for Shudder? Or did I mishear?
Anyways it was an excellent advert for the service.
Definitely in my Top 5
