Sounds like he hasn't put in the ref number and surname and is just buying single tickets.

So that's me got my first lot of Disco screen tickets, only have to queue another twice to get my friends tickets sorted out. Does anyone know why when it ask's you for quantity I couldn't just put 3 in the box and do it all in one go? Would have saved on so much time.

My mate's in before me - he says you have to choose specific seats?
He's clicked the wrong link - he needs to click the link for pass holders.

Tips.

Surname is case sensitive.
Use Firefox.
Don't hit the back button, use the links like DAY and FILMS to navigate.

Worked nicely.

This.

Slightly apprenhensive that my pdf tickets are loading up at home so I can save it as a pdf to a stick, but I've got the confirmation email, so will just hopefully print it at work.

Thanks Ian, I'm going back to bed.

I tell a lie, they didn't upload on screen but when I hit download they are there and readable.

Now I can go back to bed.

I'm 99.999% positive that your main screen seat will be sold on (if there's demand).

Ian, please help! Will we lose our main screen seats if we go to a Disco film?

Main screen seats have never been sold off in the past so why would they do it this year?? The whole point is that you get the seat for the entire weekend. Stop worrying, folks!

Jonbly - it's naughty to wind up the newbies.

I'm 99% positive there's no way your main screen seat will be sold on!

I had an easy time booking too - but if my tickets are "unallocated", and paying customers have their own seats, let's hope there's plenty of ushers to show us which section to sit in!

This has never happened before. But you will get people probably sitting in your seat if you go* that happens a lot!

I'm 100% certain it won't.

Literally having no luck with this whatsoever, keeps wanting money and also keeps kicking me out to the back of the queue.

Any hints guys? Got a day pass for each day not a festival pass...
