Best movie so far?
I didn't make it to FF this year. Was wondering what viewers can recommend for me to catch online or at the cinema.
Re: Best movie so far?
Ready or Not by a country mile.

I'll cheat and say 2. Rabid was the best horror - clearly made with love and passion and a real flair that many films this weekend didn't get near. Knives and Skin probably the best film overall - if not exactly a horror - again great to see such invention and style on thr big screen.
I missed Ready or Not in favour of Darlin (another highlight) but heard nothing but good things so look forward to catching it on release.
I realise this isn't a view shared by all and with so many Discovery options your festival is defined by your film choices, but I thought it was a distinctly average year in terms of overall film quality
