FRIGHTFEST - THE DARK HEART OF CINEMA

FILM4 FrightFest is the UK's première international fantasy and horror film festival.  Founded in 2000 is now in its 16th year.  Each August FrightFest attracts thousands of genre fans to the heart of London's West End to enjoy five packed days of premieres, previews, personal appearances, signings and surprises.

Our aim is to provide the UK with a horror fantasy festival of similar stature to the market leaders worldwide.  Famously described as "The Woodstock of Gore" by Guillermo del Toro, FrightFest hosts three main events each year plus numerous one-off screenings.  The Festival has evolved into a community where audiences and guests alike travel from all over the world to be part of the event’s unique atmosphere.

Our next event is FrightFest Glasgow, part of the Glasgow Film Festival.  The dates for the 2016 edition are 26th and 27th February.  The films, guests and ticketing details will be announced mid January.  We look forward to seeing you all there.
